INDUSYS, in synergy with ROVI-TECH (world specialist in vision inspection), has developed a high speed inspection machine that can detect visual and dimensional defects on rimfire cases and cartridges.
ROVI-TECH has its own vision technology software (with its ILB-25 - Image Learning Box) which operates on the basis of learning (NEURAL process).
The software is able to assimilate a concept and make a decision (accept/reject) after learning about a situation it has never observed and learned before. This means that this functions as an autonomic intelligent system.
INDUSYS, with its experience in mechanical systems, can accommodate ROVI-TECH software, cameras and lightings on any type of production machines.
